Thomas E. Froman is the principal of the firm and brings over 32 years of experience as an insurance executive and attorney. He has handled and evaluated thousands of claims.
Mr. Froman started his career in 1985 in the Legal Division at Auto-Owners Insurance Company, a Fortune 500 Company (No. 314) and notably ranked as the 17th largest Property and Casualty Company in the United States with an A++ Superior rating with A.M. Best.
He initially worked as an attorney at the company, managing claims litigation. Through displaying a keen insight, prudence and attention to detail, he rose from management and director levels to the prominent position of Assistant Vice President.
After serving 14 years in that position, Mr. Froman elected to retire in late 2018 to pursue a career in private consultation work and be closer to his family.
Tom is available to consult with attorneys, individuals and corporate clients handling bad faith claims, surety claims, insurance coverage and other insurance related matters.
